Why is it important that we continuously learn and ask questions about different cultures; and what does this have to do with integrated leadership and change management?

Learning about cultural diversity teaches us that the core of each culture is ethics, faith, hope, love, morality, good over evil, doing right from wrong. In short it what makes the soul experience bliss. When you experience and understand cultural diversity, you are able to bring people together through collective consciousness / make changes to drive one goal.
