Civil Rights : the rights of citizens to political and social freedom and equality.

Moral Rights : the right of an author or other creative artist to protect the integrity and ownership of their work.

The Difference Between 

Rite refers to a formal ceremony or religious practice

Write means to mark, form letters, or compose.

Right has various meanings:

  1. : morally or socially correct or acceptable
  2. : agreeing with the facts or truth : accurate or correct
  3. : speaking, acting, or judging in a way that agrees with the facts or truth

Wright refers to a worker or maker; a person who builds or repairs something.
Definition : Homophones are two or more words that are pronounced the same but differ in meaning, origin, and often spelling. 

A Wright writes a rite of rights to make wrongs right

when thou doest alms, know not thy left hand what thy right hand doeth
